What's the Application Process?

To apply for 1-on-1 coaching, you will fill out a free application form below. You will start with answering some general nutrition/healthy lifestyle questions as well as contact information, so that I can get an idea for what your current lifestyle is like!

Client Application + Application Call
After the form has been filled out, you will be able to schedule an application call with me!
 During the initial session, I will be getting to know you better so I can help you form your main healthy goals. These goals can be a variety of things, as I do not adhere to one nutrition plan or philosophy. I truly believe that everyone is different. While there are some generally recognized healthy habits to have, there is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My intention for this session is not to overwhelm you, but to understand your day-to-day and learn as much as I can to help you.

Follow-Up Session
At this session, we will together come up with a PERFECT plan that will solve your deepest struggles with getting healthy/seeing physical progress FOR GOOD.
 At our follow-up session, we will revisit the goals we made and figure out if we need to adjust anything! We also talk about any "ups and downs" in your life that may impact your goals and what is going to be sustainable for you long-term.

What Private Coaching Options are Available?

Below are the two coaching plans that I currently offer if you want to train EXCLUSIVELY with me, and not in a group setting. The pricing is listed below as well because I like to be as upfront as I possibly can for you. If at anytime you have questions in regards to pricing, please still fill out the application below so that we can be in contact!

If we decide that you are a good fit for this program, are you willing to consistently track food intake and workouts for Sarah to coach you most effectively?
How dedicated are you to working on your goals for at least 3 months?
Is there anyone involved in you deciding on joining and investing in the program? If so, are they supportive of you investing in the program? (If you are unsure, I highly encourage you discuss with your partner wanting to get nutrition/fitness coaching before we have this call)
If we decide that you are a good fit for the nutrition/fitness coaching program, will you be willing to make a decision at the end of the call?
